Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
This policy explains what The Frontier Collective (“TFC”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in the intake form or the Join The Collective form: your name, email, what you need, your business and its stage, what is in your way, your role, a link to your profile or site, and what you would bring.
- Where the form was sent from. The page and the button you came through, so we know which part of the site is working.
- Usage data. If analytics are switched on, we use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to see how people use the site (pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and approximate location). These tools set cookies and may record anonymised sessions.
Why we use it
To read your request and reply to you, to decide whether and how we can work together, and to improve the site. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a private system that only the TFC team can access. The site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics data is held by Microsoft and Google under their own terms. These providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for a reasonable period after, then delete them. Ask us earlier and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, and name someone to act for you. Write to team@tryfrontier.ai and we will reply within a reasonable time. The same address is our grievance contact.
Cookies
The site itself needs no cookies to work. Analytics tools, when enabled, set their own. You can block or clear them in your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
